Then on to Championship, got my mind right and was back in it to win it after the warm-up. I used 12lb dumbbells for Olympic Weight Lifting and felt really strong. Though I was completely gassed by the time Gymnastics rolled around, took a few breaks when we switched sides, but that's okay. I suppose subconsciously I was "saving myself" for Sudden Death OT! I somehow managed to knock out 9 rounds of that god-awful agility routine before I collapsed on the floor in a sweaty, insane mess. LOL! Overall, 1316 cal burned this morning and WHAT A WAY to start my Saturday!! LOVED IT! Whipped up some Tropical Strawberry Shakeology with banana and frozen mango post-workout and it was delicious. Nothing quite like re-fueling the tank after being pushed to the limits!
