Then pressed play with Combat HIIT Power for the second to last time! Used 10lb dumbbells for the power presses and was happy with that, my shoulders were screamin' at me towards the end. Lots of burpees, squats, and lunges in this 30min workout, got mah sweat on baby!! I've also noticed that drinking 100oz of water each day this week has REALLY helped with my performance during the workouts. Here's to being hydrated!! "DRINK YOUR WATER, PEOPLE!"
