The the past several weeks we've been doing Upper Body Blow Out and Lower Body Lean Out instead of HIIT Power and HIIT Shock Plyo. I'm glad we're switching it back up again because I LOVE this routine. All the squats and lunges had my legs and booty beggin' for mercy.
