Then of course had to show Dan and Rach some love (we only have 10 more days left together after all!) in Combat 45 Power Kata. I've attached a sneak peek of the video below (how much fun does THAT look?!), but in a nutshell this is my favorite Les Mills Combat routine. The music and moves, everything is just awesome. Managed to work-up a great sweat and burned 696 cals overall.
Below I've also attached a photo of my dinner! Does anyone else love having "breakfast for dinner" (or brinner)?! It's one of my favs, I'll often do this at least once or twice a week. Tonight, I had 2 eggs and 2 egg whites scrambled with a side of baked sweet potato and grape tomatoes. Also whipped up a Tropical Shakeo for "dessert" with some almond milk, banana, and frozen mango! Mmmh!
