After I whipped up a Tropical Strawberry Shakeology for lunch, I decided to pull out my trusty ol' Crock Pot. I haven't put this puppy to good use all winter (doh!), so I figured it was time. This afternoon a yummy batch of Turkey Chilli has been simmering away, releasing a heavenly aroma that I'm so excited to taste a bit later on! I made enough of it to have for at least one or two days this week for lunch as well. Easy, convenient, and healthy. What's not to love?! Bring it on, Monday!
