Then dug deep with Dan and Rach for 30min of HIIT Power. This routine is jam-packed with lots of Power Presses (my poor shoulders!), Lunges, Squats, and Burpees. What's not to like?! (hah!) Sprawled out in a sweaty mess on the floor after all was said and done. Sweat is fat cryin' after all right?! Week 7, done! Looking forward to bringin' hard again on Monday! Rest day, here I come!
